In March, his business, Aqua Kingz, was accused of taking money from customers and failing to provide those customers with the spas and pools that they were promised.

As of this report, Jeffrey was in the Lubbock County Detention Center. If he cannot make bail, he will be turned over to the authorities in Denton County.
