Earlier this month, Roderick Jeffrey, owner of Aqua Kingz, a pool and hot tub service, was arrested on a felony theft charge in Denton County. According to EverythingLubbock.com, a digital news source covering stories that impact Lubbock, Jeffrey, 37, was arrested for state jail felony theft. This isn’t the first time that Jeffrey has been accused of theft. In March, his business, Aqua Kingz, was accused of taking money from customers and failing to provide those customers with the spas and pools that they were promised.

As of this report, Jeffrey was in the Lubbock County Detention Center. If he cannot make bail, he will be turned over to the authorities in Denton County.
